IT STARTS HERE.
This was the starting point. The brief was simple, to create a different style for Eurostar´s new tagline and campaign. Something fresh, young, fun and modern. I ended up going a bit crazy and decided to rebrand the logo swoosh into something completely different where the letter "E" is formed by three different simple shapes. The dot represents the catchline "It starts here" as a geographical reference mark. The fact that the train goes under water was also a very cool concept to play with so the top part of the icon suggests water while the second element is the train itself. A very naive but cool idea that was brought to life by a colorful visual system for tickets, which is a fantastic way to carry design anywhere and are most of the times thrown away as garbage.
