I have embarked on a adventure in Corporate Identity 10 years ago, which by then was the most terrifying thing within my field of expertise as I had no experience at all.
Knowing that, I decided that I wanted to start my career as a graphic designer facing one of my biggest fears, to respond to Client briefs and deal with clients with a strong voice and being the responsible for someone else´s visual identity. I had studied a lot about composition, perception, color theory and analysed the best Design references in the field for guidance so that I could be ready.
I ended up realising I was actually quite good at it and that I was able to be creative and flexible, understanding what the client wanted and needed and providing solutions that pleased both parts. This can be a pain in any designer´s life but it is also fulfilling when you realise you can also grow with the clients input and taste.
